This Privacy Policy explains how With Bytes LLC Inc., a Florida company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Dialed In mobile applications, websites, and related services (the “Service”).

We provide self‑growth tools. We are not a healthcare provider; the Service is not intended for storing Protected Health Information (PHI) and is not HIPAA‑compliant. Do not submit medical records. If you are in crisis or an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact Data: name, email, authentication credentials or tokens, settings, preferences.
  • Purchase & Subscription Data: product/plan, pricing, renewal status/dates, transaction identifiers, and limited billing details processed by payment providers or App Stores.
  • Usage & Device Data: app version, device type, OS, language, time zone, IP address, identifiers (e.g., device/advertising IDs), crash logs, performance, and feature usage.
  • Self‑Growth Inputs (User Content): journal entries, goals, reflections, tags, reminders, and similar data you choose to provide.
  • Derived/De‑Identified/Aggregated Data: trends and statistics (e.g., average streaks) that do not identify you.
  • Communications: support messages and feedback you send us and our responses.
  • Location & Approximate Geolocation: if you grant permission or inferred (e.g., from IP) to localize experience and comply with rights management.

Sensitive information: You may optionally include sensitive personal information in your self‑growth inputs. If you do so, you acknowledge it is not PHI and is handled under this Policy.

3. Sources of Information

  • You: when creating an account, using features, or contacting support.
  • Automatically: via Service operation (device, usage, cookies/SDKs, analytics).
  • Third Parties: payment processors, App Stores, analytics, crash reporting, authentication/anti‑fraud, and (where applicable) marketing partners.

Advertising; Sale/Share: We do not sell your personal information as “sell” is defined by certain laws and we do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising unless we provide a clear opt‑out where required. If we enable such features in the future, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate choices (including honoring applicable preference signals).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify information within a reasonable time. If you delete your account, we typically delete or de‑identify associated personal information within a reasonable period (e.g., up to 90 days), subject to legal or operational retention (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting).

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from those age groups. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

12. California Privacy Notice (CPRA)

Notice at Collection: We collect the categories in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 4 and share as described in Section 6. We retain information as described in Section 7. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA unless we update this Policy and provide opt‑out mechanisms.
